Shipping Info: Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees of the destination country upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Black Artifact is not responsible for any packages that are returned, including packages returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Black Artifact is not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged mail. Please note that USPS does not provide insurance for USPS Media Mail packages.

Attempted Deliveries
For any missed delivery attempts, please contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule delivery. If undeliverable, the package will be returned to us, and new shipping charges will be incurred.
